Yuki Teiichi, the grandfather of the restaurant's owner, was the founder of the well-established Japanese restaurant Kitcho.In addition to genuine kaiseki cuisine influenced by the style of chakaiseki, it offers fine serving dishes, hospitality from the heart, and a serene atmosphere.In order to succeed the sentiments of his grandfather to whom all of these were of the utmost importance, the owner has opened the head restaurant Japanese Cuisine Yuki in Kitashinchi in Osaka.Through having an approach of attempting new things while adhering to tradition, which he learned from his grandfather, he continues to practice his teachings.
